NEGEV, (PIC)– Hamas administrative prisoners in Negev desert prison confirmed that they are waiting for the prison service to start implementing the agreement’s terms, stressing that they will go back on hunger strike if it tried to circumvent its recent agreement with leaders of the Palestinian hunger strikers.
“We are waiting for the implementation of all the agreement’s terms and to the prisoners’ return to their previous prisons without manipulating time or place. If the occupation reneges then we would go back to our protest measure immediately and without hesitation,” the prisoners said in a statement published on “born free” website, the official Hamas prisoners website, on Wednesday.
“The prison service is still isolating 60 prisoners who went on hunger strike and it did not return them to their previous prisons as agreed,” the prisoners added, saying that after pressures the prison service allowed Hams prisoners’ representative to check their health conditions.
They confirmed to their families saying “we are in good health and good spirits and we are ready to go on strike again if the occupation tries to manipulate the terms of the agreement,” thanking all who had support them in their heroic battle especially the Egyptians urging them to work for the implementation of the agreement.
