The overview below, only mentions attacks linked to media /HR- press releases and reports. World’s MSM stays silent and slams mum as Israel keeps violating the cease fire agreement relentlessly.
Although several NGO’s, human rights organisations condemned, the by local media documented attacks largely are being ignored by main stream news. (As usual)
Per report of Jan 28, 2013, health officials said there have been over 90 attacks since the cease fire (Reported by PRESSTV)
The overview below only contains attacks which could be linked to reported in media or written reports from Gaza. Violations occurred, may be added later, for not all attacks are covered immediately or not at all by media. Media not always covers separate incidents in a short while or on the same day as separate events, but as a single attack.
Aside from the wounded and killed in the related period, it is very important to reiterate again and again, one should not only behold the ‘body-count’ as Israel wants you to do. The policies, deployed by Israeli gov’t kill many more people than any ammunition does. The silenced genocide, by proxy. Most people do not even have the slightest idea of the MAGNITUDE of the genocide on Palestine
Kindly notice the Palestinian restraint so far. No rockets have been fired.
As usual too.

Farmers are reaping their wheat from the fields adjacent to the border with Israel.
Israeli forces have opened fire on Palestinian farmers working to the east of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip. The incident took place on Thursday morning.Witnesses said that farmers fled from their land due to the severity of the attack by Israeli soldiers stationed at the Kisuffim border crossing. The firing was accompanied by the repositioning of Israeli tanks and other heavily-armoured vehicles in the area. No casualties have been reported.
Farmers are reaping their wheat from the fields adjacent to the border with Israel. They should be able to tend to the crops following the truce agreement reached between Israel and the Hamas-led Palestinian government in Gaza which brought to an end the Israeli offensive against civilians last November. Israel has maintained a unilaterally-declared 300 metre “buffer zone” inside Palestinian territory.
Two days ago, Israeli occupation forces kidnapped two Palestinian workers, one of them a minor, in the Middle Area of the Gaza Strip. Early this month, they shot a Palestinian in northern Gaza, causing him “moderate” injuries.
Repeated Israeli breaches of the truce have led the Palestinian government in Gaza to ask the Egyptians, who brokered the deal, to tell Israel to refrain from its aggressive acts.

According to Israeli Walla website, the Israeli army is preparing to launch Operation Pillar of Defense II against the Gaza Strip in a bid to eliminate Hamas resistance movement.
Israeli tanks and bulldozers have carried out an incursion into northeastern areas of the Gaza Strip, local sources say.
A number of Israeli tanks and bulldozers infiltrated into Palestinian-owned lands in the town of Beit Hanoun on Monday.
The Israeli forces also entered Beit Hanoun last week, razing Palestinian farmlands and forcing the farmers to leave the area.
Israel has carried out a number of incursions into Gaza in the past weeks, including three airstrikes on the southern town of Khan Younis and near the town of Rafah in southern Gaza in late April.
The attacks are in violation of a ceasefire which brought an end to Israel’s eight-day war against Palestinians last November.
According to Israeli Walla website, the Israeli army is preparing to launch Operation Pillar of Defense II against the Gaza Strip in a bid to eliminate Hamas resistance movement.
The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine has also warned against an imminent Israeli attack against the besieged coastal enclave.
The group’s military wing, Al-Quds Brigades, has been holding military exercises in order to prepare its members for a possible Israeli aggression, the movement said.
Israel launched the so-called Operation Pillar of Defense I against Gaza in November 2012. Over 160 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed and about 1,200 others were injured and more than 1,500 targets were hit across the Palestinian enclave during the eight-day war.
In retaliation, Palestinian resistance fighters fired rockets and missiles into Israeli cities, killing at least five Israelis. The offensive ended after Egypt brokered a truce between Hamas and Israel.
According to a Hamas spokesman, Israel’s eight-day aggression against the Gaza Strip caused more than USD 1.2 billion in direct and indirect damages.

A month ago, Israel reinforced an order obliging all Palestinian fishermen in Gaza to fish within only three nautical miles of the Gaza shore, instead of six miles that Israel agreed to as part of the ceasefire agreement that ended the Israeli war on Gaza last year.
There are approximately 4000 Palestinian fishermen in Gaza.
Under the Oslo accords in the mid-nineties, the Palestinians are allowed to fish in 20 nautical miles off the Gaza shore, but in 2008, Israel unilaterally reduced the fishing area to only three nautical miles.

Israeli navy has fired at Palestinian fishermen in the besieged Gaza Strip, violating terms of an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire with the Palestinian territory, Press TV reports.
According to Press TV correspondent in Gaza, Ashraf Shannon, no one was injured in the shooting on Friday, but a number of boats were damaged.
The Israeli navy has restricted fishing for Gaza fishermen and allows them to catch fish only within three miles from the coast.
Gazans are also not allowed to farm in Israeli-declared buffer zone, within 1,500 meters of the border, and this according to UN estimates, has led to a loss in production of about 75,000 tones of produce a year.
Israeli troops have shot scores of Palestinian farmers inside Gaza since November 2012 when Tel Aviv signed a truce with Hamas, the democratically-elected government of Gaza.

Israel’s army announced Thursday that the fishing zone for Palestinians in Gaza would be reduced from six to three miles following a rocket attack launched earlier this week by a marginal Salafi group.
Fishermen in Gaza told Ma’an News Agency that Israel’s navy opened fire at them on Saturday to prevent them from going out further than three miles.
Mahfouth Kabariti, head of a federation for fishermen and water sports, confirmed that the Israeli navy had set up new signs defining the permitted fishing zone.
The zone had been extended to six miles as part of an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire that ended Israel’s eight-day assault on Gaza in November that killed 177 Palestinians and six Israelis.
Hamas complained to Egypt on Friday after Israel suspended part of a Cairo-brokered truce agreement. An Egyptian official confirmed that the Hamas complaint had been received, saying Israel had complained separately about the rocket attack.
The official said Cairo would contact both sides to “restore their commitment to the truce.”

Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli Navy fired dozens of rounds of live ammunition at several fishing boats, and into the air in an attempt to force the fishermen back to the shore.
The fishermen were within the six-nautical mile area they are allowed to enter and fish, but the army attacked them.
The attack is similar to numerous attacks that led to dozens of casualties and significant damages.
Under the Oslo accords in the mid-nineties, the Palestinians are allowed to fish in 20 nautical miles off the Gaza shore, but in 2008, Israel unilaterally reduced the fishing area to three nautical miles.
As part of the ceasefire agreement that ended the Israeli war on Gaza in November 2012, Palestinian fishermen were allowed to fish within six nautical miles off the Gaza coast, but the army continued to attack them in their allotted areas.

An Israeli gunboat attacked some Palestinian fishing vessels off the north coast of Gaza just after 8am local time today. According to MEMO’s Ibrahim Hewitt, who witnessed the attack from the Gaza shore, the Palestinian fishermen looked to be well within the Israeli-imposed 6 mile limit. International law recognises a 12-mile limit of territorial water around the world.”I heard the firing when I opened the window this morning,” said Hewitt, who is visiting Gaza with a small delegation of British MPs in his role as chair of the charity Interpal.
“As I watched, the drama unfold, I could see the sea being churned up by the gunfire from the Israeli boat.” It didn’t appear to hit the fishing boats. The two small Palestinian vessels were then seen to move south, away from the gunboat, which then turned away and returned to its holding position off the coast of Ashkelon.
No casualties have been reported at the time of writing.

Israeli Occupation Forces fire at Palestinians in Jabalia killed a man and wounding another
The martyr is the 19 years old Muhammad Al-Mamlouk.
ISM Palestine reports:
The fragile ceasefire announced on 21st November, following Israel’s eight-day offensive on Gaza, was yet again violated by the Israeli military today after a fatal attack on a group of Palestinian civilians east of Jabalia. 19 year-old Anwar Al-Malouk, a law student from the Shajaia district of Gaza City was shot dead and 21 year-old Omar Wadi from the Jabalia refugee camp, north of Gaza City, was injured as he came to Anwar’s aid.
At about 2.30pm on 11th January, Omar was in a local cemetary visiting the graves of friends killed under the occupation. He noticed a group of around 30 Palestinians a few hundred metres away to the east, between the cemetary and the fence marking the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.
From the cemetary, which was over half a kilometre from the border fence, Omar approached the group to investigate the situation. Four Israeli military jeeps were positioned on the other side of the fence and around 12 Israeli soldiers were present, firing tear-gas canisters towards the group of Palestinians.
At this point, the group was at a distance of approximately 100 metres from the fence but then fled a further 100 metres back, amid the tear-gas attack. By around 4pm, Anwar had been separated from the group and remained alone about 40 metres from the fence, when he was shot by the soldiers and fell.
Three of the group, including Omar, went back to assist Anwar. Omar says he acted instinctively at the sight of a fellow Palestinian in danger and didn’t consider his own safety – despite not having previously known Anwar. As he arrived to where Anwar lay, he was hit in both legs by shrapnel from a hollow-tip bullet which exploded on impact with the ground nearby and showered metal fragments in his direction.
The two others managed to evacuate Omar and Anwar from the scene to safety but Anwar had sustained a serious gunshot wound to his abdomen and died en route to hospital. Anwar had to be driven from the area to the main road in a toc-toc, where he was then transferred to an ambulance. Unfortunately, by this time he had already passed away in the toc-toc.
At Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia, Omar was treated for ankle injuries. He has since been released but the shrapnel remains embedded in his bones. As an outpatient of the osteological department, he must return next week for assessment regarding the possibility of surgery to remove the shrapnel. It is understandable that Omar was terrified during the attack. He has been traumatised by the experience and has not been able to sleep due to reliving the memory of it.
Omar has two brothers and six sisters. His 18 year-old brother, Mohammed, was seriously injured during an Israeli incursion in the east of Jabalia five years ago when he was only 13 years old. Mohammed underwent treatment in Egypt for four months and is still receiving treatment in Gaza to this day. (Photo on the right: An X-ray showing the piece of shrapnel embedded in Omar´s leg (white spot).
The young mens’ father expressed concern about Omar ever visiting the cemetary again, whilst their mother said she feared one day all her sons would be killed. The Wadi family yearn for a genuine ceasefire yet anticipated from the outset that Israel would never respect it. Omar’s principal hope is that Israel’s crimes against Palestinians will end.
Anwar was the youngest son of the Al-Malouk family and the only one still living at home due to his older brothers being married. His 55 year-old mother hopes he is now at peace.
The first Palestinian killed after the ceasefire announcement was also named Anwar. On 23rd November, just two days into the agreement, Anwar Qudieh was shot dead, this time in the rural area of Abassan, east of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip.
There have been numerous Israeli attacks against Palestinian civilians in Gaza during the ceasefire. One can only imagine the response had it been the other way around.

Martyred By Israeli Occupation Attacks
انّا للہ و انّا الیه راجعون
May Allah Subhana wa Ta’ ala grant the Shuhada Jannatul Firdaus, and ease it for their families, loved ones and anyone around them. Allahumma Ameen ya Rabbil Alameen. ‘ Inna Lillahi wa ‘ Inna ‘ Ilayhi Raji’un, Allahu Akbar

* The list of shuhada does not display, the numerous victims of the zionist occupation which are undocumented by media. Nor it displays the victims of the “silent onslaught” due to restrictions of movement, ability to go to hospitals for treatment or life saving surgery, due to lack of medication because of the blockades and so on. For example: The Slow Motion Genocide by the Siege on Gaza only, killed 600 patients since Gaza got under Israeli Siege.
For an overview of All Israeli Massacres Palestinians go here
Neither does this list, display the avoidable mortality. A clear and statistical factual evidence, about the number of deaths due to indecent ruling by occupation forces. For even an occupier has obligations under International Laws, Geneva Convention and the Hague regulations, which it is neglecting. These circumstances, together with deliberate policies of the occupier to neglect and even deny every basic human right, severes avoidable mortality which is totally silenced by media or reporting organisations. While in the Holocaust, 1 on 6 Jewish people directly died of deliberate neglect, so if we believe the facts over 1 million due to avoidable mortality, neither should these same circumstances be ignores which are ongoing in Palestine. For this report displays a avoidable morality of at least 0,5 million Palestinians.
How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all.
