#PalHunger | IOF quells solidarity rally with hunger strikers

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)– Israeli occupation forces (IOF) quelled a solidarity rally near Bab El-Amoud in occupied Jerusalem in solidarity with detained hunger strikers Ayman Sharawne and Samer Al-Issawi.

Israeli soldiers used excessive force to disperse the rally including horse-mounted police charging through the lines of marchers.

Fistfights were reported in the violent quelling of the rally as the chairman of the Palestinian prisoner’s association in Jerusalem Nasser Qaws was detained.

The demonstrators demanded the release of all Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike.
