AL-KHALIL, (PIC)– Palestinian legislative council speaker Dr. Aziz Dweik has asked the extraordinary Arab summit to be held in Libya next Saturday to include protection of holy Islamic shrines in occupied Palestine on its agenda.

Dweik in a message to the Libyan leader Muamer Al-Gaddafi on Wednesday also asked for a solution to the issue of the Jerusalemite deputies who are threatened with deportation form their native holy city.

The speaker hoped that the summiteers would not give any further cover to the negotiations with the Israeli occupation authority, which, he said, only burdened the Palestine cause.

He urged the Arab heads of state to declare full support for the Palestinian question and people.
