GAZA, (PIC)– The Hamas change and reform parliamentary bloc said that the US administration’s attempt to pressure the Palestinian Authority (PA) to recognize Israel as a state for the Jewish people is a blatant bias in favor of the executioner against the victim.

The parliamentary bloc stressed in a press statement on Wednesday that the US administration is able to curb Israel’s settlement activities, but it believes that the violations committed by the Israeli government on the ground are its rights.

They called on de facto president Mahmoud Abbas and Fatah faction to stop the peace negotiations with the Israeli occupation state and concentrate their efforts on ending the inter-Palestinian division to strengthen the internal front against the occupation.

In a separate context, the Palestinian government headed by premier Ismail Haneyya decided on Wednesday to introduce the vow of loyalty to Palestine in Palestinian schools as a step in response to the citizenship law which the Israeli government approved lately.

In a statement following the weekly cabinet meeting, the government stated that the ministry of education was assigned to prepare the pledge of allegiance which students will recite in the morning before heading to their classes, noting this measure will take place soon.
