GAZA, (PIC)– Palestinian premier Ismail Haneyya said on Saturday that his government was insistent on trekking all means to liberate Palestinian prisoners from Israeli occupation jails. Haneyya, during a visit to one of the recently liberated prisoners in Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, said that his government would defend the right of those prisoners to be freed from captivity. He congratulated the liberated prisoner Adel Hamed and his family over his release after around 17 years of detention. The ex-prisoner affirmed that the prisoners enjoyed high morale, and were hopeful of being released in prisoners’ exchange deals. |
