Palestine, December 26, (Pal Telegraph) – This side of the story has been blocked within the fence of a grey zone since 1947, and unfortunately, up to this very moment, most of the people in this world still don’t know what really happened in the past, what’s going on now and what’s planned for the future in Middle East. The internationally influential mass media is broadcasting and publishing since decades only what comes in-line with their financial interests, and these happen to have great areas of intersection with the interests of the international Zionism.
In order to deliver a neutral and believable version for this story, there shall be no evaluation or analysis from Palestinians’ or Arabs’ point of view, we’ll 100% rely solely first on the non-debatable part of the ancient history, then on the documented major events took place last century, … after that on the official United Nations Information Center as the source for all the related information below, then we’ll have a look at the present situation, and finally we’ll come to a simple neutral analysis & a clear undisputable conclusion.
Around 3400 years ago, in 1400 BCE, Moses was born in Egypt “Land of the Pharaohs”, some 40 years later he moved with his people to “Land of Palestine” and lived there together with the people who have been living there for thousands of years..
By the year 600 BC the majority of the Jews had to immigrate from Palestine to Babylon, so the natives of the “Land of Palestine” and the few Jews who stayed behind on the Palestinian territory, like all other peoples of this region, had to struggle 100s of years under the various civilizations that occupied and ruled their land for long times, from the Babylonians to the Persians, Romans, Islamic Caliphate, Umayyad, Abbasids and finally the Ottomans until they were overthrown by the British and French Armies during the First World War at the beginning of the 20th century, so Palestine became under the British mandate.
After the liberation from the Ottoman’s domination, England & France promised the peoples, the local governments and authorities in the Middle East to grant them independency & sovereignty
By 1914 the Jews were only 9% of Palestine’s population and the rest was spread all over the world.
The leading members of Zionist Federation were not happy with the Jews being parts of International social & political systems like all peoples of other religions, so during the First Zionist Conference in 1897 in Basel, they expressed their intention to establish an own Jewish State on the Palestinian land which was considered by the Jews as their “Promised Land” that they should go back to and rule after 2500 years of being away (they claim to have this mentioned in their Torah & Talmud) !!!!! Is this a sensible reason ?? The majority of the Jews, throughout all the eras of the ancient history, was never a real native part of Palestine’s people, the Jewish phase was one of the civilizations who occupied or simply moved into the Palestinian territories, lived and ruled there until kicked out by invaders of another civilization, just like the Babylonians, Assyrians, Pharaohs, Persians and many others who also occupied these lands in different times for hundreds of years. All of them should also have this “Right” to re-establish their lost civilization on these lands because some few thousand years ago they lived and ruled there for hundreds of years.
Based on an illegitimate declaration given by England’s foreign minister Arthur Balfour in 1917 during the First World War to the Zionist Federation through the leader of the British Jewish community Lionel Walter Rothschild, stating that: ” His Majesty’s Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people”, and also benefiting from the crimes of Nazi’s against the Jews and other religions as well as all races hated by Adolf Hitler, the Jews started a systematic and massive immigration towards Palestine, so by the year 1947 the Jews became around 31% of Palestine’s population.
In 1947, the British government withdrew from the Mandate of Palestine after stating that she was unable to find a solution acceptable to both Arabs & Jews. By 1948 and in a blitz-action supported by the armed Jewish communities like Haganah, Irgun and Lehi, the Zionist leader David Ben Gurion proclaimed the Israeli Independence on about 75% of the Palestinian territory after performing 10s of massacres killing more than 12,000 civilians, terrorizing and expelling over 250,000 Palestinian citizens from their homes and lands into the remaining part of Palestine (West Bank & Gaza Strip) and also into the neighboring Arab countries. One year later Israel became a full member of the United Nations.
In 1967, under full support and military backup of the United States, Great Britain & France, …. Israel made a Blitzkrieg taking over the rest of Palestine, the Sinai peninsula of Egypt, the Golan Heights of Syria and a small portion of South Lebanon.
In 1981 Israel withdrew out of Egyptian Sinai peninsula, as a part of the Camp David Peace Treaty signed in 1978 between Israel, Egypt and the USA, but on the other hand, she annexed the Golan Heights of Syria and proclaimed them as an eternal part of Israel.
Now, let’s revise together the core-part of the most important resolutions related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict took by the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN-GA), and those took by the Security Counsel of the United Nations (UN-SC):

In 1947, 2 years before the UN-enrollment , the United Nations approved the Partition Plan for Palestine, into two states, one Arab and one Jewish, and Jerusalem was to be designated as an International city administrated by the United Nations because of its great importance to all three religions; Christianity, Islam & Judaism.
UN-GA 194 / 1948
Article 11: Palestinian refugees should be given the right to return to their homes & lands and should be compensated for their damages properties, and further compensations should be paid to those who are not willing to return.

These are only some of the resolutions condemned or deplored Israel’s deeds, so as we can see, the United Nations resolutions speak for themselves, and give a clearer picture about Israel’s regime.
The World Community, through the United Nations Organization has been calling for a two-state solution since the 40s of the last century based on Palestinian-Israeli borderline of 1948 which clearly indicates that the Palestinian territory consists of the West Bank & Gaza Strip. That’s why no country in the World recognizes any part of the West Bank and Gaza Strip as a part of the State of Israel, and they refer to them clearly as the “Occupied Territories”. But the city of Jerusalem can be a capital of both states (east & west sectors), or an International city under the administration of the United Nations, and for that reason all countries having diplomatic relations with Israel are keeping their embassies until now in Tel Aviv.
The present situation
Israel claimed herself to be a “Nation for the Jews”, and this is totally against the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” !!! Worldwide, there are Christian nations, Islamic Nations, Buddhist nations, but there is not one nation for a specific religion, …. except Israel !!!
The difference is huge, in a Christian nation for instance, the citizens of other religions enjoy the same rights as the Christian citizens, and they have almost no hierarchical limitations or barriers in most of the national issues, ….. but in Israel, only Jews can play key-roles within the entire frame of the national security and national welfare. Christians & Moslems aren’t allowed to be army or police officers, key-ministers, top employees or key-ambassadors, and many other important positions. There is also an enormous gap on the democracy & human-rights levels between Jews and non-Jews.
Israel is also pushing hard to enforce a re-identification for the Judaism as un-separable definition-terms of religion & nationalism, so many international politicians, writers & journalists believing in Israel or sympathizing with her, often use deliberately statements like “Jews & Arabs”, or “Jews and Germans”, or “Jews and Americans”, …. etc. and this is totally wrong because these terms don’t match together !! We could say Israelis & Americans or Israelis & Arabs, Israelis & Germans …. but we can’t say; Jews and Arabs, or Jews and Italians because there are Jews who happen to be Italians or Arabs or Americans.
The only acceptable vision for solving the Palestinian/Israeli conflict is to accept the solution expressed clearly by the vast majority of the World Community and to comply with the resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and the United Nations Security Council.
Analysis
Israelis keep calling on Palestinians to continue peace talks and to move forward towards the solution of the 2 neighboring states living together in peace, …. but they never stop widening their existing settlements in the West Bank, …. they never stop confiscating daily further Palestinian lands for building new settlements, …. they never stop deporting Palestinian citizens from East Jerusalem, …. they keep on building the barrier wall surrounding and isolating the Palestinians on what’s left from the West Bank.
This seamy and dodgy behavior of the Israelis proves only one thing; Israel is not seeking the real peace.
The conclusion
When you observe what happened in Israel since 1948 until now, then you can come to only one conclusion; Israel doesn’t want the real peace, …. doesn’t want the Palestinians to have their independent state, …. doesn’t want to stop building new settlements in the West Bank, …. doesn’t want to withdraw out of the West Bank or East Jerusalem, …. doesn’t want to stop deporting Palestinians into the neighboring countries or even to USA, Canada & Australia, ….. etc.
Israel calls out for peace every now and then, …. pretends to be active in developing and negotiating peace plans, …. but works on all fronts against the peace. Israel is clearly working for a Jewish State on all the Palestinian Territory, Israel is working for a Palestinian-free Jewish nation, …. or a Nation for the Jews on all the so called “Promised Land”.
To reach this goal, Zionists have to show the world that Israel is continuously threatened by the surrounding Arab world, and this requires a lot of fine manipulation for picturing the incidents taking place, …. quite good skills to move around the ongoing peace treaty talks, …. and to exploit as much time as possible, because overextending these unrealistic peace processes can only lead to weakening them through new conditions, new circumstances & may be new players too, so they end up as useless never-ending processes like what’s going on right now.
This is the real status of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ! You may revise and make sure that all the facts mentioned in this story are true. Ironically ALL OF THEM can be reviewed in details in most of the European and American media & information databases, in addition to the part related to the United Nations Information Center.
The key solution for all the problems in the Middle East lies in the Israelis’ hands !!!! If they are in-deed seeking the real peace, then all what they have to do is to stop talking theoretical speeches, and refrain from addressing their “twilightic” intentions to achieve peace, and announce immediately a formal declaration stating that Israel accepts the solution of the 2 states as per the UN-SC resolution 242, stops widening settlements or building new ones on occupied lands, and starts planning the withdrawal out of the occupied West Bank, Gaza Strip & East Jerusalem, and also from the Syrian Golan Heights as well as from the Lebanese Chebaa-Farms.
Only a solid official commitment from the Israelis with a clear timeframe to implement the obligations of the related UN-SC resolutions, confirmed/witnessed by the USA, Russia, France & England would be more than enough to make all the violence stop at once and turn into a real eternal peace (just like a wonder), even if the implementation and completion of the total withdrawal from the occupied territories, back to the official and internationally recognized Israeli borders of 1948, might will take few years to be fully carried out.
It’s time for the people all over the world to know the truth and understand what’s really going on between the Israelis & the Palestinians, because only this can help in putting useful pressure on Israel and her supporters to change the ongoing disastrous fictitious peace course into a real peace course with real hopes.
