Silwan, Jerusalem (SILWANIC) — The Israeli Nature Authority demolished two barns on Palestinian property in Jerusalem today. The first structure, used for housing horses and birds, was located in the Wadi al-Juz district and belonged to resident Abu Mohammad. Officers confiscated the equipment inside the barn before it was demolished. A second barn, belonging to resident Shukri Froukhi, was demolished in the Sowaneh area. The surrounding area was also damaged during the demolition. Both demolitions were carried out under the supervision of heavy Israeli police presence.
