Gaza – PNN- A Palestinian worker was killed d two other were wounded in an explosion that took place near the Israeli border fence east in Al Zeitoun neighborhood East of Gaza City on Saturday.

The sources added that the explosion resulted from an unexploded ordnance dropped by the army in a previous invasion to the area.
The man was killed as Ahmad Na’im Abu Wadi, 22, from Al Zeitoun neighborhood. His body and the two wounded workers were moved to Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza city.
On Sunday Palestinian medical sources reported that two workers were shot and wounded by Israeli army fire south of Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank.
The sources added that soldiers opened fire at the workers in Al Ramadeen area where they worked. The two were identified as Husam Mohammad Al Qammary, 25, and Akram Jamil Samamra, 28.; Al Qammary was shot in his foot while Samamra was shot in the abdomen area.
They were both moved to a hospital in Al Thahiriyya town, near Hebron; there injuries were described as moderate.
