DOHA, (PIC)– Al-Jazeera satellite channel revealed two British intelligence plans dating back to 2003 and 2004 were intended to help the Fatah-controlled Palestinian authority (PA) to coordinate with Israel in order to target the Palestinian resistance, prevent rocket attacks and protect Israel’s security.

The plans managed to help the PA to create a joint operations room connected to Israel aimed at exclusively collecting information about Al-Qassam rocket attacks and providing daily reports to the Israeli side.

The first plan, prepared by the British intelligence MI6 in 2003, was to support the PA security forces through funds provided by the European union in order to enable the PA to fulfill its security obligations towards Israel according to the first phase of the roadmap peace plan.

The second British plan, dated 2004, was made to improve the security situation of the PA, help it to reduce the number of martyrdom bombings, disarm its armed wing of Fatah faction and obstruct the resistance activities of Hamas and Islamic Jihad Movements.
