PA officer in prison after helping Palestinian wanted by Israel

RAMALLAH, (PIC)– A Palestinian Authority military court in Ramallah city sentenced officer Musab Kharyush, a member of the national security, to three years in jail on a charge of providing assistance for a resistance fighter affiliated with the Hamas armed wing, Al-Qassam Brigades.

An informed Palestinian source affirmed that Al-Qassam fighter was one of Kharyush’s relatives and was wanted by the Israeli occupation.

Al-Qassam fighter, Mohamed Kharyush, was kidnapped by Israeli soldiers on September 15, 2009 along with another wanted fighter called Adnan Samara.
