WEST BANK, (PIC)– 12 Palestinians were arrested Wednesday morning in search raids sweeping the West Bank.

Israeli forces stormed several areas in northern Ramallah entering a number of houses forcing dwellers – mostly women and children – to stand out in the cold, eyewitnesses said.

The soldiers proceeded to search homes and check identities before arresting seven men allegedly wanted as suspects in guerilla attacks against IOF targets.

Three other men were arrested amid searches in Al-Khalil, including Jihad Salman Mawas, imam of the Bani Naeem Mosque.

The same morning, witnesses spotted army vehicles raiding homes in Jenin and questioning residents outside in harsh weather conditions.

Two homes were raided in Kafr Ra’i.

Eight military vehicles roamed the streets of Araba and Qahma until morning hours, locals reported.

Dozens of Israeli soldiers combed the area between the villages of Rammana and Zabuba in the vicinity of the separation wall and raided a number of homes in the area’s villages.
