BEER SHEBA, (PIC)– The central court in Beer Sheba is slated on Monday to table an indictment list against Palestinian engineer Dirar Abu Sisi, 42, who was kidnapped from the Ukraine and brought against his will to Israel.

Abu Sisi, a father of six children and married to a woman from the Ukraine, was kidnapped while on board a train heading to Kiev two months ago and appeared later in an Israeli jail.

Israeli prosecution sources said that Abu Sisi, the operating manager at Gaza electricity generation station, would be indicted for “committing serious security crimes”.

Claims by Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu and his war minister Ehud Barak that Abu Sisi had relayed important information on captured Israeli soldier in Gaza Gilad Shalit and about his connections with Hamas were refuted by Abu Sisi himself when he appeared in a court a few days ago to extend his detention and Hamas movement.
