Palestinian man killed in IOF shelling

GAZA, (PIC)– A Palestinian man succumbed to serious wounds on Saturday evening sustained in the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) onslaught on the Gaza Strip that peaked over the past three days.

An Israeli reconnaissance plane fired a missile at a group of Palestinians east of Zaitun suburb in Gaza city wounding three of them one of them seriously.

Adham Abu Salmiya, the spokesman for medical services, said that Raed Al-Bur, 30, died at Shifa hospital after suffering critical injuries in the IOF shelling of Zaitun suburb.

Another Palestinian youth was seriously wounded when IOF troops fired an artillery shell at Atatra west of Beit Lahia town to the north of the Gaza Strip, Abu Salmiya said, adding that the young man had his limbs amputated.

The IOF aggression thus far killed 18 Palestinians and wounded 70, including women and children, since Thursday.

IOF fired three missiles at northern Gaza and artillery shells at various other areas on Saturday but no casualties were reported.
