Nine of Hamas’s cadres sentenced to arbitrary administrative detention

AL-KHALIL, (PIC)– Nine of Hamas’s cadres from Al-Khalil governorate in the West Bank have been sentenced to administrative detention without formal charges by an Israeli military court.

The men were arrested less than ten days ago in a massive campaign that saw the arrest of more than 120 Palestinians, a rights group told the Palestinian Information Center.

The men have been identified as Mohamed Naeem Abu Isnineh (6 months), Anwar Abul-Raheem Harb (6 months), Majdi Mohammed Abu Fara (6 months), and Mohammed Mohammed Khoreibat (4 months).

The term of administrative detention was extended against prisoners Zaid Ismail Abu Fannar (3 months), Isam Ahmed al-Qawasimi (2 months), Sharif Ismail al-Qawasimi (2 months), Salah Issa al-Muhtasib (2 months), and Abdullah Hassan Idais (2 months).
