The Palestinian town of Halul counts 20,000 residents and sits in the southern portion of the occupied West Bank. Much of the village’s lands have been annexed to build the nearby Jewish-only settlement of Karmei Tzur, and Palestinian farmers continue to have their work impeded by the presence of Israeli settlers and the Israeli military.
