GAZA, (PIC)– Palestinian premier Ismail Haneyya honored in a ceremony held on Friday the participants in the aid convoys Miles of Smiles 5 and the South-African relief mission for their efforts to help Gaza people.

In his speech, premier Haneyya expressed his pride in the humanitarian efforts that were made by the activists and said they would always be inside the hearts of the Palestinian people even after they leave the occupied Palestinian land.

The premier also hailed the Palestinians in the occupied territories in the West Bank and Jerusalem for their steadfastness against a lot of conspiracies, especially the ones plotted against the Aqsa Mosque.

For his part, head of Miles of Smiles aid convoy Isam Yousuf vowed to continue supporting Palestine and its people until they are liberated from the blockade and the occupation.

Yousuf noted there would be two other convoys from Miles of Smiles heading to Gaza in the few coming months.

Head of the Islamic judiciary council in South Africa Ihsan Hendrix, who delivered the Friday Khutba (sermon) in the western Mosque, stated that the Palestinian people are not alone and that victory against the occupation is coming sooner or later.
