In Pictures: Palestinian and Swedish Choirs Join Hands in Ramallah

The Swedish Falun Peace Choir and the Ramallah-based Zaridash choir performed a joint show on Wednesday evening at the Bethlehem Peace Center, across the main square from the Church of the Nativity. Songs in Arabic and Swedish featured at the free show, and PNN photographer Lo Yuk Fai was on hand to document the event:

Zaridash performs in cities throughout the West Bank, but holds weekly rehearsals in Quaker Hall in Ramallah. The self-described “independent and ambitious” group says it welcomes all singers to join their choir.
