CAIRO, (PIC)– The Jerusalem committee at the international union for Muslim scholars said a mega march would be organized in Cairo on 21 November in cooperation with the Arab doctors’ union against Israel and its Judaization activities in occupied Jerusalem.

Rapporteur of the committee Salah Sultan stated this mega march will be staged under the auspices of either Sheikh Al-Azhar Ahmed Attayeb or head of the Muslim scholars’ union Sheikh Yousuf Al-Qaradawi, noting that many Muslim religious figures will participate in the rally.

Sultan also said the international union for Muslim scholars will make contacts with the Egyptian higher military council, Sheikh Al-Azhar and the premier of Egypt to examine ways of supporting the holy sites in occupied Palestine and confronting the Judaization of Jerusalem and the holy Aqsa Mosque.

He pointed out that the union will also issue a fatwa legalizing the use of force against Zionist groups and settlers who desecrate and attack holy sites in Palestine.

In a related context, an official source at the Jordanian popular committee told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that a mega march in support of Jerusalem would be held on the 25th of this month in Suwayma area in the Jordan Valley region.

The source affirmed that the facebook administration deleted the page that was established for this rally.

This mega march, according to its organizers, is part of a global campaign in support of Jerusalem that will take place in Arab, Muslim and European countries.
