NABLUS, (PIC)– Israeli occupation forces (IOF) rounded up eight Palestinian civilians on Tuesday including a young man and his sister in Duma village, south of Nablus, Tadamun foundation for human rights said.

Ahmed Al-Beitawi, a researcher with the foundation, said that the IOF soldiers stormed the village at dawn and took away Fatema Dawabshe, 22, a student at the Open Quds University, along with her brother Omar, 19.

He said that the young woman was taken to Hasharon jail while Omar was taken to Petah Tikwa interrogation center.

In Jenin, IOF troops rounded up three youths in its refugee camp and broke into the home of a civilian and wreaked havoc on it at dawn Tuesday.

IOF soldiers also stormed the villages of Qabatiya, east of Jenin, and Yamon to the west of it and searched a number of homes in both but no arrests were reported.

Israeli soldiers besieging the Gaza Strip arrested at dawn Tuesday three Palestinians east of Breij refugee camp in central Gaza.

The IOF claimed that the young men were trying to infiltrate into 1948 occupied land, local sources said, adding that some young men venture into the Israeli controlled land in a bid to look for jobs.
