RAMALLAH, January 15, 2012 (WAFA) – The Israeli military court of Ofer Sunday sentenced Anti-Wall and settlements activist, Ashraf Abu Rahma from Bilin village, west of Ramallah, to six and half months under the pretext of participating in demonstrations against the Wall and settlement activities.
Popular Committee Against the Wall and settlement affirmed that Abu Rahmi was sentenced to six and half months and fined, after being assaulted by Israeli interrogators during interrogation.
It said that the sentence against Abu Rahmi will not stop the demonstrations against the Apartheid Wall in Bilin and across the West Bank.

Ashraf Abu Rahma, is the brother of Bassem and Jawaher Abu Rahma who were killed by the Israeli army in Bil’in
Ashraf himself was shot in the leg by the army while cuffed and blindfolded in a scandalous incident in 2008.
