Ramallah, February 14 (QNA) – Palestinian Minister of Prisoners” Affairs Issa Qaraqe criticized Israeli court”s decision to uphold the four-month administrative detention order against Khader Adnan, the Palestinian prisoner who has been on hunger strike for 58 days protesting his arrest without charge or trial, considering that the Court dealt recklessly with his life.
In a statement issued today, Qaraqe noted to the efforts made by President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad as well as the National Authority for the release of prisoner Khader through communication with Jordan and the United Nations. Khader Adnan, 33, has been refusing food since mid-December shortly after he was arrested in the occupied West Bank. (QNA) AMA
