GAZA, (PIC)– Liberated prisoner Hana’a Shalabi, who was deported to Gaza Strip from her hometown in the West Bank, said that the lawyer of the Palestinian prisoner’s society had pushed her into accepting that deal.

She said in a press release on Sunday that the society and head of its legal unit Jawad Boulus should clarify the issue for her.

Shalabi ended her 44 days of hunger strike in return for her freedom from Israeli administrative detention and deportation to Gaza.

She said that Boulus closed all other options before her and told her that all legal means were exhausted in her case. He said that her charge of planning to kidnap an Israeli soldier was very serious, Shalabi went on.

She said that Boulus was carrying messages between her and human rights groups, charging him with conveying deceptive messages to both parties in a bid to reach the deportation deal.
