GAZA, (PIC)– Hamas is keen on the establishment of a Palestinian state with Gaza Strip included, Dr. Ismail Radwan, a Hamas leader, said on Sunday.

He told the PIC that Palestinian land should be liberated in order to establish a Palestinian state, adding that his movement would never be an obstacle before the establishment of such a state.

Radwan asserted that his movement was united within and outside the occupied homeland and was never divided.

For his part, Khalil Al-Hayya, a political bureau member of Hamas, said in a statement to Gaza-based ‘Palestine’ newspaper published on Sunday that his movement did not back away from the Doha agreement.

He said that Mahmoud Abbas, PA chief and Fatah leader, was the one putting obstacles before formation of the national unity government, which he is supposed to head according to the Doha agreement.

Hayya said that the Palestinian people were sickened with negotiations and the negotiations process and craved for national unity based on resistance strategy.
