GAZA (PIC) — The captive Kamal Issa, detained in Nafha Desert prison, stopped drinking water, because of the Israeli prison administration’s rejection of the Palestinian prisoners’ fair demands.
Sources, that spoke to the prisoners Ministry in Gaza, stated that during the next few days all the hunger striking captives may follow Issa’s escalatory step, in case the occupation government continues showing disregard to their demands.
The prisoners Ministry revealed in a statement on Sunday that to stop drinking water is considered the highest escalatory step, which warns of the deterioration of the situation in prisons explaining that a hunger striking prisoner can stay alive, but if he starts refusing to drink water, his life can end in only 72 hours.
