HEBRON (Ma’an) — A Palestinian teenager was seriously injured Wednesday in clashes with Israeli forces at Hebron’s al-Arrub refugee camp, a local official said.
Omar Haitham Badawi, 18, was hospitalized after he was struck in the face by a tear gas canister, local popular committee spokesman Muhammad Awad told Ma’an.
An Israeli military spokesman said a group of Palestinians threw rocks in the area and forces responded with riot dispersal means.
