Nablus, (PIC)– Palestinian prisoner Hamid Amoudi is hospitalized in Nablus national hospital suffering from a serious health condition.
Amoudi, from the city of Nablus, could not move his body after four months of Israeli savage investigation rounds, said Ahrar Center for the Study of prisoners and human rights.
The center quoted Amoudi, 37, as saying that he was subjected to various methods of torture, specifically the painful “banana” method that almost broke his back.
The center said that Amoudi became semi-disabled and unable to carry a thing or to move properly or even to make any physical effort.
For his part, Fuad Al-Khafsh, the director of Ahrar Center, called on the international institutions, the human rights organizations, and the media outlets to go to the National Hospital and register Hamid’s testimony about the methods of torture he witnessed in the Israeli prisons.
Amoudi previously spent more than six years in the Israeli occupation’s jails during which he was transferred to several prisons and deprived from his wife’s visit and from adequate medical treatment.
