Al Qassam website (Agencies) – The National and Islamic Forces in Gaza met the Ukrainian ambassador in the Palestinian authority who reached Gaza today.

In the meeting they asked him to intervene and end the isolation of prisoner Dirar Abu Sisi, 42 who was disappeared from a train in Ukraine in February 2011 and Israel later announced that it was holding him in a southern Israeli jail.

The ambassador claimed that he doesn’t know about Abu Sisi anything and never heard his name before!

He added:” this is not my business, it’s the duty of our ambassador in Tel Aviv and I came to Gaza to renew the passports of Ukrainian wives!”

The committee delegation holds Ukrainian government responsible for the prisoner’s Abu Sisi life and was angry from the way the ambassador treated them.

Ahrar center for Prisoners studies and human rights confirmed that Abu Sisi’s health condition had sharply deteriorated; he suffers from several medical problems, one of which is heart arrhythmia, high blood pressure, stomach ulcer, for which he takes Castro. He also has a problem in his kidneys – he has fatty deposits on both kidneys, and kidney stones which causes him a severe pain, and he doesn’t receive any medication for these problems.

It’s worth mentioning that the prisoner’s wife is Ukrainian and he is a father of six, he was in Ukraine trying to apply for citizenship after spending 12 years in the Gaza Strip.

He had been working as chief engineer at the Gaza Strip’s only power plant, a job he was well-equipped to do with his doctorate in engineering from a university in Kharkiv.
