PA’s apparatuses arrest 2 Hamas supporters and extend the arrest of administrative detainee

WEST BANK, (PIC)– The Palestinian Authority security apparatus arrested a leader in Hamas Movement in Tulkarm and a liberated prisoners in Nablus, and extended the detention of a political prisoner in Ramallah.

The Preventive Security apparatus arrested in Tulkarem Adnan al-Hosari, one of the prominent leaders in the battle of empty stomachs waged in Israeli jails and a leader in Hamas Movement, only ten days after his release from Israeli jails after serving a whole year in administrative detention.

Al-Hosari has been previously held three times in the occupation’s administrative detention. He had been also arrested several times in PA prisons and was severely tortured by interrogators.

The Preventive Security also arrested in Nablus Moaz al-Masri, a liberated prisoner and former political prisoner from the Askar refugee camp, after being summoned for questioning.

For its part, Ramallah authority’s military justice extended the detention of political prisoner Mohamed Abu Lebda for additional fifteen days, renewable pending investigation.

Abu Lebda was arrested last Wednesday by PA’s preventive apparatus from his home in Ramallah. He also had been previously arrested by the occupation authorities several times.
