Israel’s Etzion administration adopts sadistic measures against prisoners

NABLUS, (PIC)– Prisoners in the Etzion detention center complained of the sadistic practices carried out by the Israeli Prison Service during the recent severe weather conditions.

Lawyer Jacqueline Karajeh, who visited the prison on Friday morning, revealed that the prisoners have been exposed to harsh conditions, during the recent severe weather conditions.

The detainees told the lawyer that they are suffering from extreme cold due to the bad conditions of detention in cells designed for punishing them, noting that each cell contains a bathroom and one window that cannot be closed, which caused the rain water to enter and fill the rooms of prisoners.

They also stated that the prison administration has been deliberately torturing them with the cold weather through forcing them to sit on the ground filled with water during the daily count of prisoners.
