Farwana: Israel’s occupation forces kidnapped 1,070 Palestinians in three months

RAMALLAH, (PIC)– Specialist in prisoners’ affairs Abdul Naser Farwana said that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have kidnapped 1,070 Palestinians since the start of the current year.

In a press release, Farwana stated that compared to the same period of last year, the first quarter of 2013 saw a rise in the kidnapping of Palestinians by 8.4 percent.

He added that the IOF escalated its detention of Palestinian children during the last three months and kidnapped 234 kids and minors, compared to 200 children arrested last year during the same period.
