HEBRON (Ma’an) — Seven Palestinians were injured in clashes in Beit Ummar north of Hebron on Wednesday, a local official said.

A popular struggle coordination committee spokesman said that Israeli forces fired rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas.

Six Palestinians were injured by the shooting, while another was hurt while trying to escape the Israeli forces.

Two were taken to a nearby hospital, while five were treated on the spot.
