Local sources recalled that Israeli occupation forces had arrested Halahle from his home on April 10.
Halahle went on hunger strike for 78 days in Israeli occupation jails in rejection of his administrative detention, without trial or charge, until he was released.
Meanwhile, two Palestinian administrative detainees were released from Israeli jails on Wednesday evening after going on hunger strike for 93 days protesting their administrative custody.
Locals said that a popular reception was held for Tarek Qadan and Jafar Ezzuddin, from Arraba village south of Jenin, at the Jalama crossing.
Both prisoners called for national unity and for releasing all prisoners especially those suffering diseases.
