Gaza, ALRAY – Israel police arrested on Tuesday at dawn journalist Mahmoud Abu Attah , the director of Media department at the Al-Aqsa foundation for Islamic Heritage and took him to Al-Muskubīya interrogation center, Al-Aqsa foundation reported.
The foundation reported that arresting Abu Attah at Al-Aqsa mosque reflected Israel far reaching violations against journalism, “ Israel authorities seek media gagging policy by following and arresting journalists,” it noted.
Israel police also extended the detention of Nehad A’basee,35, and Mustafa I’beisan, 19, who were arrested at Al-Aqsa mosque on Monday evening.
Israel police imposed restrictive measures on Jerusalem gates because of their Jewish festivals.
