RAMALLAH, (PIC)– An Israeli court has ordered the administrative detention of Palestinian journalist Mohamed Mouna, the Quds Press News correspondent, for six months rejecting his appeal for release.

Ofer Military Court has approved the administrative detention of Journalist Mouna without charge or trial till February 2014, refusing his release or to reduce his detention period.

The journalist’s family confirmed that the IOA still refuses family visits and winter clothes for their son since his arrest three months ago.

The Quds Press’ reporter was arrested when an Israeli military force stormed his house in Nablus on Aug.17, 2013 and took him brutally to a military vehicle.

Eight days later, Mouna was transferred to administrative detention for six months without charge.
