Israeli occupation holds arrested Hamas MPs in administrative detention without trial nor charge

AL-KHALIL, (PIC)– The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) ordered the administrative detention, without trial or charge, of two Hamas MPs from Al-Khalil Nizar Ramadan and Maher Badr.

Relatives of MP Ramadan told the PIC that lawyer Mahmoud Jabarin informed them of the administrative detention of both MPs in Ofer jail.

He said that both were held in administrative custody without knowing the period due to the Palestinian prisoners’ boycott of administrative detention courts.

Israeli occupation forces arrested the two lawmakers in a major arrest campaign in lines of Hamas leaders and supporters in the West Bank over the past two days during which 25 of them were rounded up.
