#GazaUnderAttack | LIVE BLOG | To Lift or Not to Lift the Siege, Should Not Even Be a Question!

assault on Shejaiya Gaza Palestine Massacre - MapAfter an over 30 day long Israeli carnage in Gaza, costing 2017 lives of which 540 children, over 10.000 wounded, 500,000 people displaced, ceasefires have been agreed upon and violated. The destruction is unprecedented. Extended and violated again. For an overview of recent Israeli ceasefire violations click here.

While the world turned passive and lazy hearing media buzz about a ceasefire, the same media ignores and slams mum on Israel’s habit of violating any ceasefire. The previous ‘truce’ was violated at least 287 times. For an overview documenting all single violations of the previous truce click here.

Important to know…

Aside the silence, media is complicit in sustaining the myths and distorting reality about an Israel which violates Palestine and Palestinian rights on daily basis, also within a ceasefire. I challenge you to find one single day in history since 1937 in which it not violated, wounds or kills.

Israel not only kills by violence…

The most under estimated genocide is not the violent but the silent one. Genocide by proxy by deprivation, denial of basic needs or rights in contradiction and violation of literally every international law/treaty about war and armed conflict, even as an occupier. If you have no idea about “Excess Death” you can scroll through this search to get an idea of the ways of ethnic cleansing by deprivation.

Wake Up! The “State of Israel” death toll by causing excess death is 24 Million lives. Research by Dr. Gideon Polya

While all Gaza was holding it’s breath in the evening of Aug 18, 2014 awaiting what would happen when the ‘agreed’ 5 day long ceasefire expire, or not,  contradicting news was launched by all media about agreements, no agreements, hence, the end result is they agreed only on an extension of the ceasefire for the (lost count) time and still no results are being brought forward whatsoever.

This world should be ashamed.

Gaza, is only asking for basic human rights as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Rights which should not even be subjected to no negotiation whatsoever!

Israel on the other hand has the habit to use ‘talks’ and ‘negotiations’ as a disguise and cover for ongoing ethnic cleansing. For over 6 decades. Watch the impressive list of so called peace-talks. Aided by media propaganda keeping the crowds worldwide confident of it’s ‘sincere intentions’ violating even your common sense. Israel is not looking for peace, nor talks at all. Talks and lawfare are just tools while probes in it’s daily (war)crimes are being barred as usual.  Currently Amnesty and Human Rights Watch are banned from entry in the Gaza Strip.

In the meanwhile the Israeli PM promotes tweets on twitter showing so called “Aid” coming in Gaza by the effort of Israel. How long will you let them fool you?

Read an all exposing witness account of Dr. Ghassan Abu Sitta: “Inside Gaza’s meat grinder”  Doctors and patients  in Gaza still deprived of essentials and facilities as Israel leveled several hospitals to the ground.

An occupier has obligations too

For example: Art 55 & 56 of the 4th Geneva Convention:

For an extended report on Israel violating it’s obligations under International law read: Israel, Disengaged Occupier (Report by Israeli NGO Gisha) and Slow Death of Gaza (by the same Israeli NGO) relating about the slow genocide by imposed policies violating every moral and law and human rights:

UDHR Art 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.”

UDHR Art 5:”No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

UDHR Art 9: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”

UDHR Art 13:1:”Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state”

UDHR Art 13:2: “Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country”

UDHR Art. 15:1: Everyone has the right to a nationality.

UDHR Art. 16(3): “The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.”

UDHR Art. 17:(2): “No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.”

UDHR Art. 20(1): “Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association”

UDHR Art. 20(2): “No one may be compelled to belong to an association.”

The inalienable right of an occupied people:  Self Defense against Genocide

None of the human rights above are valid in Palestine

Genocide in Gaza does not stop by a ceasefire only, it only ends by lifting the entire Siege!

“Day of Palestine” reported Aug 18, 2014: Updates about the ceasefire

Israeli and Palestinians agreed on 24-hour expansion for permanent truce to finalise the deal

Sources revealed the terms of the final ceasefire proposal accepted by the Palestinian and Israeli delegations.

Cairo negotiations resume as truce extended

While Abbas has traveled to Cairo too

While Israel immediately denied the demand of an own airport, which was destroyed several times by the latter, Abu Mazen collects airmiles:

to earn some more traveling to Doha for discussing the disgust… oops I mean: discussed with Qatar’s emir.

About tragic mistakes
And Israel is still refusing to dialogue with those defending Gaza: resistance. A Tragic Mistake” To Not Explore Diplomacy With Hamas, according to Prof. Em. of Princeton University Richard Falk. Watch the video here

At 13:05 Al Ray Agency reports

Israeli official denies agreement to lift Gaza blockade

In the meanwhile…

Israel is preparing the usual hasbarapocalyps: Lieberman stated he obtained his own copy of the draft agreement and all knesset is crying out loud on why and how and you are ALL SUPPOSED to believe now the ongoing charade from Israel’s hasbara diplomats epic center: The Knesset!

While the psychological war goes on, as usual:

Hamas’ take on that:

Now Israel’s real face surfaces: It seems only worried about it’s image:

But the world has witnessed it’s atrocities and keeps calling them out:

While Israel keeps violating ceasefires

At 15:09 Ma’an News Agency reports:

Hamas: Israel stalling Cairo ceasefire negotiations

At 15:44 Ma’an reports Israel has ordered to retaliate rocket fire from Gaza. Hamas has stated to have no information about rockets fired nor by whom, says it keeps Israel responsible for sabotaging negotiations.

I may remind you that Gaza’s partner in talks: Israel’s members of Knesset like Feiglin call for genocide, Ayelet Shaked called for the death of all mothers of snakes. Aside the usual misinformation by paid state employed liars like Mark Regev or incitement by leading ‘Rabbis’ making look Judaism very pale ever since stating “Palestinians to the Ovens!“. Or the calls of Israel’s most moral army and it’s supporters. We collect them at the “Wall of Shame” Convince yourself and make up your mind.

Do not blame resistance for using the legal right of self defense.
The lobbyists in this world are already in the process to prevent Israel will be held accountable for it’s crimes and aiding the obstruction of law and justice:

The History of Resistance – The Eagle of Palestine

Is Resisting Genocide a Human Right?

81 Notre Dame Law Review1275(2006). Conducting an in-depth study of the genocide in Darfur, Sudan, and also discussing other genocides, this article details the inadequacy of many of the international community’s response to genocides, such as “targeted sanctions” or international peacekeeping forces. Examining international legal authorities such as the Genocide Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Court of Justice, the article demonstrates that groups which are being subjected to genocide have a legal right of self-defense. International treaties, Security Council arms embargoes, or national gun control laws cannot lawfully be enforced in a manner which prevents self-defense resistance to a genocide in progress, because under international law, the prohibition against any form of complicity in genocide takes legal precedence over lesser laws. • Israel is not looking for peace. Nor talks. But: This

* The list of shuhada does not display, the numerous victims of the zionist occupation which are undocumented by media. Nor it displays the victims of the “silent onslaught” due to restrictions of movement, ability to go to hospitals for treatment or life saving surgery, due to lack of medication because of the blockades and so on. For example: The Slow Motion Genocide by the Siege on Gaza only, killed 600 patients since Gaza got under Israeli Siege.

For an overview of All Israeli Massacres Palestinians go here

Neither does this list, display the avoidable mortality. A clear and statistical factual evidence, about the number of deaths due to indecent ruling by occupation forces. For even an occupier has obligations under International Laws, Geneva Convention and the Hague regulations, which it is neglecting. These circumstances, together with deliberate policies of the occupier to neglect and even deny every basic human right, severes avoidable mortality which is totally silenced by media or reporting organisations. While in the Holocaust, 1 on 6 Jewish people directly died of deliberate neglect, so if we believe the facts over 1 million due to avoidable mortality, neither should these same circumstances be ignores which are ongoing in Palestine. For this report displays a avoidable morality of at least 0,5 million Palestinians.

How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all.
