AL-KHALIL, (PIC)– The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday morning stormed different West Bank areas and kidnapped 17 Palestinians from their homes

Local sources reported that the IOF at dawn patrolled areas in the towns of Sa’ir, Sheiyukh, Samu’a and Yatta to the north and south of Al-Khalil.

The IOF kidnapped a young man named Fadi Al-Amour during its campaign in Yatta town.

They also detonated two houses and sealed off another with concrete in neighborhoods in Al-Khalil city. All the houses belong to the families of three citizens accused by Israel of kidnapping and killing three Jewish settlers last June.

The detonation of the two house, according to local sources, triggered clashes between citizens and Israeli soldiers in Al-Khalil. Several citizens suffered bullet and tear gas injuries during the events.

The sources added that the IOF kidnapped two citizens, one of them a child, in a campaign in the Old City of Al-Khalil and took them to an unknown place.

The IOF also raided several homes in Bethlehem, Ramallah, Salfit and Nablus, and kidnapped 11 Palestinians.

Four young citizens were taken prisoners and two others were handed summonses for interrogation during campaigns at dawn in Jenin refugee camp and Silat Ad-Dhahr town to the southwest of Jenin.

The IOF also raided the house of ex-detainee Yakoub Abdul-Jabbar in Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, and interrogated him.
