Raed Salah: Arab Spring will reach Jerusalem

AMMAN, (PIC)– Sheikh Raed Salah, head of the Islamic movement in the Palestinian 1948-occupied territories, stressed that the Palestinian youths are showing determination to resist and defeat the Israeli aggression.

Sheikh Salah demanded, in his lecture at the Professional Associations Complex on Sunday, the Islamic nation to support and protect Jerusalem, condemning the demolition of Palestinian houses in Jerusalem and in the occupied Palestinian lands.
He hailed the efforts made by the Engineers Syndicate in Jerusalem for the reconstruction and restoration of the houses.

Concerning his position regarding visiting Al-Aqsa Mosque under the Israeli occupation and with Israeli prior permission, the head of the Islamic Movement called the Arabs and Muslims to support the Jerusalemites by not granting the occupation legitimacy.

He also expressed optimism that the Arab Spring will reach Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque and will liberate it.
