So you thought Israeli checkpoints only exist in West Bank of Palestine? Wrong!


Below the letter Shmueli wrote to the airlines ordering and effectively moving Israeli checkpoints to most European and even Canadian spots. Based on Law of Entry 1952 which can be read here for anyone interested. Bypassing and transgressing international law and regulations as well as obligations (even as an occupier) it’s own responsibility as an occupier to grant access to non combatant, civilians for family- friendly or holidayvisits without any previous announcement not investigation, nor even offering a legitimate request for such but just in fascist way black-list people and mark them as hostile.

While the only “crime” committed is: They bought a ticket to Palestine!

Previously 972 broke news with another form which in the meanwhile needs to be filled out by those entering Israel, namely to not interact with Palestinians other than on penalty of persecution, detention, deportation and permanent entry denied. Yes you read this right, watch the form here  filled out by a Swedish national who entered Eilat.

Applying this law is even more ridiculous as it looks like for no one looks for entry to Israel but Palestine. It is solely due to occupation and siege by Israel that there is no way to enter Palestine unless you pass through an Israeli checkpoint or border control.  None at all.  Regarding new developments about foreigners being forced to sign their own urbi et orbi for detention if by accident they speak to a Palestinians INSIDE Israel, leaving those so called transgressions solely to decide to a transgressing occupier, the whole package de facto results the West Bank now formally is declared into an open air  jail with 1 sole difference, a “jail-bird”  has the right of being visited.

Palestinians don’t.

This is the letter, first published by 972 Magazine, which will be handed over to activist succesfully landing at Lydd airport in Occupied Palestine showing nothing than merely Israel’s final and total moral bankrupty, advicing people to go solve ‘real problems in the region’ like Syria, Iran or Gaza… Aside from childish Israel is behaving itself like a total brainless lunatic whitewashing or at least to attempts it’s own atrocities and serving off the main issue and reasons for the mission: Occupation and siege of Palestine.

Some people have real distorted views about the Rockets from Gaza – mythswhich are being launched mainly by Israeli and zionist biased media itself.

A truce was violated. Talking about myths the truce is the biggest propaganda and myth itself for the facts are, Israel is violating, attacking Palestine, Palestinians and their rights, lives, properties and pounding Gaza on daily basis by air, from naval ships and artillery over land. Palestine has a right of self-defense. Whether Israel likes this or not, the disproportional violence with which it is “responding” after triggering the self-defense while attacking Palestine every hour in any way possible is appalling and murderous. Now in 3 days, 17 people have been killed.

The alleged tens of thousands of “rockets” from Gaza killed 21 Israeli people since 2001. This is 11 years.

21 people of “Israel” killed by Palestine’s self defense. Yet almost as many people are slained now in 3 days. Hence, Israel knows days in which it kills more in 1 day to start with.

During the Cast Lead massacre Dec 2008-Jan 2009, over 1500 people were massacred of which 352 children. In total over 1472 children have been killed, civilian minor, unarmed people, non combatants since 2000 only. It was using white phosphorus, depleted uranium, DIME, flechettes and more by International Law forbidden weaponry.

Israel killed at least 2,969 unarmed Palestinians, including 1,128 kids, with US weapons in violation of US laws

Neither does this list, display the avoidable mortality. A clear and statistical factual evidence, about the number of deaths due to indecent ruling by occupation forces. For even an occupier has obligations under International Laws, Geneva Convention and the Hague regulations, which it is neglecting. These circumstances, together with deliberate policies of the occupier to neglect and even deny every basic human right, severes avoidable mortality which is totally silenced by media or reporting organisations. While in the Holocaust, 1 on 6 Jewish people directly died of deliberate neglect, so if we believe the facts over 1 million due to avoidable mortality, neither should these same circumstances be ignores which are ongoing in Palestine. For this report displays a avoidable morality of at least 0,5 million Palestinians.

How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all.
