One of the settler’s guards hit a cat in Silwan. A passerby had asked him to stop but the guard only smiled and preceded driving. After hitting the cat he said “ you have many in your neighborhood so you won’t miss it. “ A local onlooker replied, “ don’t you have mercy? You don’t care for what you’ve already done,” to which the guard replied, “cats bother me like you.”
